Emergency Situations: Our platform is NOT for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency (such as severe chest pain, sudden weakness/stroke symptoms, severe shortness of breath, or major trauma), call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
A formal healthcare provider-patient relationship is not established merely by visiting our website or submitting a general inquiry. A provider-patient relationship is established only after you complete the intake process, schedule an appointment, and a healthcare provider formally begins your consultation through our secure platform.
Our healthcare providers evaluate acute and chronic illnesses and may issue treatment plans, lab/imaging reviews, or prescription refills as clinically appropriate.
Prescriptions are sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.
